Set delivery zones by ZIP, radius or map
To set delivery zones, open a location's delivery rules, add a zone by ZIP, radius or a drawn map area, set its fee, then test an address in your cart.
Steps
Step 1: Open the location's delivery rules
Go to Shipment locations, open the location that delivers and open its delivery rules. Zones belong to a location, so each store covers its own area.
Step 2: Choose how to define the zone
Pick the rule type that fits your area: ZIP or postal codes, city or country, a distance radius around the location, address keywords, or a zone you draw on the map. Customer tags can also decide who gets delivery.
Step 3: Draw or import a map zone
To draw a zone, click points around the area on the map and close the shape. To reuse zones you already have, import a KML or KMZ file. GeoJSON files aren't supported, so export them as KML first.
Step 4: Set the delivery fee
Set the fee for the zone. Fees can change with order value or weight, so you can charge less on larger orders or deliver free above an amount you choose.
Step 5: Add a delivery time target (optional)
If you promise delivery within a set time in this zone, add it as the zone's delivery SLA in minutes or hours.
Step 6: Save and test two addresses
Save, then check two addresses in your cart: one inside the zone and one outside it. The address inside should offer delivery; the one outside should not.

Good to know
- Each location has its own zones, so neighbouring stores can split a city between them.
- Where zones overlap, location priority decides which store gets the order.
- The zone's fee is what shoppers see for delivery to that address.

Troubleshooting
If it doesn't work.
Check the ZIP format in your rule (spaces and leading zeros count), that the rule is on the right location, and that the location has delivery turned on with open slots. Radius and map zones need the address found on the map, which uses your Google Maps key, so also check the key is saved and working.
Location priority decides when more than one location's rules match. Set it as described in Set location rules for order assignment.
Zone import accepts KML and KMZ files. Most mapping tools can export a zone as KML; export it that way, then import the KML file.
Yes. The delivery check accepts a ZIP code, a full address or a pin on the map, with a locate-me option. You can also send a customer a link to pin their exact location after they order.
