Promise Audit

Find out how many promises you're keeping.

Send us 30–90 days of local orders. In two weeks you'll have your Promise-Kept Rate by store, slot and zone, where your promises break, and what the broken ones cost.

A readout with your operations team, and the model behind every number. You keep the report whether or not you buy.

Inputs

What you send.

One export of your local orders from the last 30–90 days. Our template lists the columns; send what you have.

Columns: order ID · order created time · delivery or pickup · store or location · promised date · promised window (start and end) · ready time (pickup) · out-for-delivery time · delivered or picked-up time · ZIP or postcode · final status (delivered, failed, cancelled, refunded). Optional: refund amount · redelivery flag · support contacts per order.

No customer names, emails, phone numbers or street addresses. We need the ZIP or postcode, not the address. We send you a secure upload link once we've confirmed scope.

Already on ScrollEngine? With your written OK, we can build the audit from data you already hold with us.

Deliverables

What you get in two weeks.

  • Your Promise-Kept Rate, overall and by store, slot and zone.

  • Where promises break: overbooked slots, orders not ready in time, late routes and addresses outside your zones, as far as your data shows.

  • What broken promises cost, using your own figures for refunds, redeliveries and support time.

  • A 60-minute readout with your operations team, and the model behind every number.

The metric

What we measure: the Promise-Kept Rate.

Promise-Kept Rate (PKR): the share of local orders that met their promise, meaning a delivery that arrived inside its booked window, or a pickup order marked ready before its window opened. PKR = promises kept ÷ local orders promised. An order is promised when it has a booked date and window, for delivery or pickup.

FAQ

Questions

We're not on Shopify. Can we still do this?

Yes. The audit works on an export from any system, and you get the full report. ScrollEngine integrates with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and other commerce platforms, so we can run your stores too.

What if we don't record ready or delivery times?

Send what you have. We'll measure every part of your Promise-Kept Rate your data supports and show you how to start recording the rest.

How do you handle our order data?

Send order data without names, emails, phone numbers or street addresses. We use it only for your audit, and for anonymized benchmark research only if you opt in.

How is a Promise Audit different from a demo?

A demo shows our product. An audit measures your operation, whether or not you buy.

Do we have to buy ScrollEngine afterwards?

No. You keep the report and the model behind every number.

We have 1–3 locations. Is a Promise Audit for us?

You're welcome to request one, but a 7 (as of Sep 2026)-day free trial on your own store is usually faster: install the app from the Shopify App Store and try it on real orders.
