Delivery & Pickup for Shopify

Store pickup and local delivery across multiple Shopify locations

ScrollEngine runs pickup and local delivery across multiple Shopify locations: each location has its own slots, capacity and zones, rules send every order to the store that can fill it, and roles are scoped by location.

What Shopify does on its own

Start with what's built in.

“Only stores on the Shopify Plus plan can use local pickup delivery option generators.”
Shopify Help Center · verified Sep 26, 2026

Shopify lets you add locations (up to 10 on Basic, Grow and Advanced, and up to 200 on Plus, per its Help Center), offer pickup and local delivery from each, and transfer stock between stores. Its pickup and delivery pages don't describe bookable slots or a limit per slot (checked Oct 2, 2026). ScrollEngine adds those at every location, with rules that pick the store for each order.

How it works

Set up in three steps.

  1. 01

Every location keeps its own promise

Give each store or warehouse its own hours, time zone, pickup slots, delivery zones, cutoffs and blackout dates. Set a capacity for each slot and day, per location; you see remaining capacity as orders book.

  2. 02

Rules send each order to the right store

Location rules match every order by ZIP, drawn zone, radius, region, tags or location priority, and the order is fulfilled in Shopify from the location that matched. Each store can warn or block pickup for items it doesn't carry.

  3. 03

    One dashboard, scoped by location

See every location's orders, pickups and routes in one place, and give store managers, pickup staff and dispatchers roles scoped to their locations and zones. The preparation planner and reports cover every store.

Where multi-location setups usually break

  • One shared calendar. When every store sells from the same slots, the busiest store sets the promise for all of them. Capacity per location fixes that.
  • Orders fulfilled from the wrong store. A rule by ZIP, zone, radius or priority decides which location owns an order before anyone starts picking.
  • Everyone sees everything. Roles scoped by location keep each team on its own orders and pickups.

Built for stores with more than one location

Pickup, delivery, routes and drivers share one set of locations, so each store keeps its own promise while you see the whole network. 100+ merchants rate us 5.0 stars on the Shopify App Store (as of Sep 2026), with 2,000+ merchants trust us (as of Oct 2026).
