Workflows
Automate escalations, updates and dispatch rules without engineering.
ScrollEngine workflows turn your operations rules into automations: a delivery or route event, a schedule or an inbound HTTP call starts conditions and actions, set up with our team in a no-code builder.

The problem
Every exception waits for someone to notice it.
A late route, a failed stop or a missed prep deadline only gets handled if someone spots it and remembers the playbook. Changing the playbook means an engineering ticket, so the workarounds live in chat threads and in people's heads.
How it works
From the promise to the proof, step by step.
- 01Workflow
Pick the trigger.
Start a workflow from a delivery or route event, such as at risk, failed stop or delivered, from any Shopify webhook topic, on a schedule or from an inbound HTTP call.
- Inbound HTTP triggersLive
- At-risk and late alertsLive
- 02Workflow
Add conditions and actions.
Branch on conditions, loop over orders, call other systems over HTTP, and run the workflow actions and messaging connectors your operation already uses.
- No-code workflow builderLive
- 03You
Set it up once, with our team.
Workflows are set up with our team in a no-code builder during onboarding, so changing a rule doesn't need an engineering ticket.

- 04Workflow
See what ran, and why.
Every run is logged step by step, so you can see which workflow acted on an order and why. Workflow actions carry the Workflow label, never AI.

Under the hood
What's under the hood.
Every order and delivery update is handled in turn and kept safe, so your busiest days don't drop orders.

What to measure
Metrics we define before we promise them.
- Manual touches per order. Times someone on your team handles an order by hand between checkout and delivery: calls, re-slots, re-assignments and messages. Instrument it first; we publish nothing until it's measured.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Delivery workflow automation runs your operations rules for you: when a delivery or route event happens, a workflow checks conditions and takes actions, such as messaging the customer or alerting a dispatcher. In ScrollEngine the triggers include delivery and route events, schedules, Shopify webhook topics and inbound HTTP calls.
Workflows are set up with our team during onboarding, in a no-code builder, so a rule change doesn't need an engineering ticket.
Yes. A workflow can call any system with an HTTP endpoint, other systems can start a workflow with an inbound HTTP trigger, and ScrollEngine sends signed webhooks. API access is available on request.
No. Triggers include delivery and route events, schedules and inbound HTTP calls, and any Shopify webhook topic can start a workflow too.
Today, any Shopify webhook topic can start a ScrollEngine workflow, so Shopify events already drive your rules. Shopify Flow triggers for route and shipment events are on our roadmap.
