Drivers get their route and stops
Drivers sign in to the app, see their route in order, and call or WhatsApp a customer from the stop. Per-store rules can make a delivery photo mandatory, require proof of pickup and turn on strict location tracking.

Proof at every door
Drivers capture a photo, a signature and notes at each delivery, and record cash on delivery. Proof is included in the delivery email, so a "never arrived" question starts with evidence.

Customers and your team see progress
Arrival and departure are detected automatically, customers follow a live tracking page with live ETAs, and at-risk alerts flag deliveries running late. Customers can rate each delivery.

Rolling the app out to your drivers
- Invite drivers from the app. Each driver gets their own login; nobody shares a Shopify staff account.
- Set your store rules first. Decide whether a delivery photo is mandatory and whether drivers confirm pickup at the store before they leave.
- Run one test route. Send a short route to a driver on a real phone, deliver to your own address, and check the photo, signature and customer messages.
- Go live on a quiet day. Start with one route, then add drivers as the team settles in.
