- First-attempt success. Deliveries completed on a driver's first try, as a share of all delivery attempts. Measured in a Promise Audit.
- Proof capture rate. Delivered orders with a photo or signature attached, as a share of all delivered orders.
- Disputes per 100 orders. Customer disputes such as "it never arrived" or damage claims, per 100 delivered orders.

A proof of delivery app lets drivers record that an order reached the customer, usually with a photo, a signature and notes attached to the order. ScrollEngine's driver app for iOS and Android captures all three and writes them to the order's delivery history.
Proof of delivery in the driver app is a photo, a signature and notes, captured at the door and saved to the order's delivery history, and each store can make the photo or the signature mandatory. For checks of your own, driver checklists (early access) add a step the driver completes before marking the order delivered. A delivery OTP and built-in ID or age verification aren't part of the app today.
