The Help Center page describes a processing time, not bookable pickup dates or time slots, and no limit per slot (verified Sep 26, 2026). ScrollEngine adds those, with ready messages by SMS and WhatsApp too.

Customers choose a store and a time
A store finder lists your stores in a list, on a map or in a dropdown, with drive distance and time. Each store shows its own pickup dates and slots. Set a capacity for each slot and day, per store; you see remaining capacity as orders book.

Your team sees what's due
Cutoffs and prep time apply per store, in its own time zone. The preparation planner shows every pickup by day, slot and store, and each store warns or blocks orders for items it doesn't carry.

Customers hear when it's ready
Mark an order ready and the customer gets a message by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push. Need to move a pickup? Change the date or slot right on the Shopify order, including draft orders.

A pickup setup your counter can keep
- Give every store its own hours and slots. A store that opens at 10 am shouldn't offer 8 am pickups because the flagship does.
- Set prep time and cutoffs per store. A busy flagship may need more prep time than a smaller store, so each store keeps its own prep time and same-day cutoff.
- Write the ready message for the counter. Tell customers where to go and what to show: "Your order is ready at Main St. Show this message at the counter."
