Set up delivery date and time slots
To offer delivery slots, open the Shipping calendar for a location, choose your delivery days, add time slots to each day, then check them in your cart's date picker.
Steps
Step 1: Open the calendar for the location
Go to Shipping calendar, open the calendar that covers the location, then choose the Local Delivery tab. Store pickup and standard shipping have their own tabs, so delivery slots don't change pickup.
Step 2: Choose your delivery days
Turn on each day you deliver. Every day has its own settings, so Saturday can run different slots from Monday.
Step 3: Add time slots to each day
Add each slot with a start and end time, for example 9 to 11 am and 11 am to 1 pm. Slots use the location's time zone.
Step 4: Set capacity for each slot
Set a capacity for each slot and day, per store; you see remaining capacity as orders book. See Set slot capacity limits.
Step 5: Add prep time, cutoffs and closed days
Set how much notice you need, your same-day cutoff and the dates you're closed. See Set cutoffs, prep time and blackout dates.
Step 6: Check the date picker in your cart
Save, then open your storefront in a private window, choose delivery in the cart and check that the days and slots match what you set.

- Slot times, cutoffs and blackout dates are checked on our servers when the calendar loads, so the shopper's own clock doesn't matter.
- Pickup slots work the same way on the Store Pickup tab: see Set up pickup time slots.

Troubleshooting
If it doesn't work.
Slots follow the location's time zone. Open the location and check its time zone, then check the slot times on the calendar.
Something else is removing it: prep time or the same-day cutoff may put it out of reach, it may be a blackout date, or its slots may have no capacity left. Check each in that order.
Yes. Open the order in Shopify admin and change the date or slot in the ScrollEngine delivery details card. It works on draft orders too, which suits phone and B2B orders.
On Shopify Plus you can add the date and time picker to checkout. On other Shopify plans shoppers choose the date and slot in the cart.
