Troubleshoot slots not showing in cart
If no slots show in the cart, check the app embed is on in your live theme, then the zone, the calendar, cutoffs and capacity for that location.
Steps
Step 1: Check the widget loads at all
Open your storefront in a private window and add a product to the cart. If there is no widget at all, open Online Store > Edit theme on your live theme, turn on the ScrollEngine app embed and save. If you recently switched themes, turn it on in the new theme too.
Step 2: Check the method is offered
If the widget loads but delivery or pickup is missing, open the location and check that the method is turned on and has at least one working day with slots.
Step 3: Check the shopper's address
For delivery, enter an address you know is inside a zone. If the widget says delivery isn't available, check the zone rule: ZIP format, radius or the drawn area, and that it belongs to the right location.
Step 4: Check the calendar
Open Shipping calendar for that location and method. Confirm the days are turned on and each day has slots with the times you expect.
Step 5: Check lead time and closed days
Prep time, the same-day cutoff and blackout dates take days out of the picker. If the earliest open day is later than you expect, shorten prep time or remove a blackout date you no longer need.
Step 6: Check capacity
Look at remaining capacity for the dates in question. If the day or its slots have reached the limits you set, raise the limit or add a slot if you have room.
Step 7: Check product availability at the location
If items in the cart aren't stocked at the matched location, the widget can warn the shopper or block that location. Check the product's availability rules for the location.
Step 8: Still stuck? Send us the details

Each check rules out one cause, starting with the most common. Test in a private browser window each time, so an old cart or cached page doesn't hide the result.

Troubleshooting
If it doesn't work.
Usually one of three things: you published a new or duplicated theme and the app embed is off in it, today's cutoff has passed, or the coming days have reached their capacity. Check them in that order.
Many themes use the cart drawer on mobile instead of the cart page. Turn on the widget for the cart drawer in Widgets, then test again on your phone.
Those orders skipped the cart through express checkout or Buy it now. Hide express and dynamic checkout buttons in the widget's checkout settings. Staff can add the missing date and slot on the Shopify order with the ScrollEngine delivery details card.
That's expected unless you're on Shopify Plus. On other plans shoppers choose the date and slot in the cart. On Plus you can also add the date and time picker to checkout in the checkout editor.
