Set up what shoppers see before they buy: the delivery and pickup widget, where you deliver, the dates and slots on offer, how many orders each slot takes and how much notice you need.

  • Add the delivery and pickup widget to your theme

    To add the widget, turn on the ScrollEngine app embed in your theme editor, choose where it appears in the app's Widgets settings, then check it on your cart page.

  • Set cutoffs, prep time and blackout dates

    To control lead time, open the location's calendar, set a same-day cutoff and prep time, add blackout dates for closed days, then check the earliest date the cart offers.

  • Set delivery zones by ZIP, radius or map

    To set delivery zones, open a location's delivery rules, add a zone by ZIP, radius or a drawn map area, set its fee, then test an address in your cart.

  • Set slot capacity limits

    To limit orders per slot, open the location's calendar, set a daily limit and a limit for each slot, then watch remaining capacity as orders book.

  • Set up delivery date and time slots

    To offer delivery slots, open the Shipping calendar for a location, choose your delivery days, add time slots to each day, then check them in your cart's date picker.

  • Troubleshoot slots not showing in cart

    If no slots show in the cart, check the app embed is on in your live theme, then the zone, the calendar, cutoffs and capacity for that location.

Everything a shopper sees before checkout comes from these settings. Set them up in this order:

  1. Add the delivery and pickup widget to your theme
  2. Set delivery zones by ZIP, radius or map
  3. Set up delivery date and time slots
  4. Set slot capacity limits
  5. Set cutoffs, prep time and blackout dates
