The problem
"Where is my order?" is a question you answered too late.
When customers can't see where their order is, they call, message and chase. Your team looks it up across three screens, the driver is interrupted mid-route, and the late delivery nobody warned about turns into a refund.
How it works
From the promise to the proof, step by step.
- 01Rule
See every driver, live.
See every driver live: on a trip, heading back, available at the store or idle, and whether their app is online. Filter to the deliveries that are on time, at risk, delayed or have stopped sharing location. In the ScrollEngine web dashboard.

- Driver online/offline presenceLive
- 02Alert → your workflow
Know when a delivery is at risk.
ETAs are live and traffic-aware, recalculated from each driver's position. When an ETA passes the booked window, an at-risk alert fires on the deadline rules you set, and it can start a workflow.

What to measure
Metrics we define before we promise them.
- WISMO contacts per 100 orders. Customer contacts asking where an order is, per 100 local orders.
- Promise Accuracy. How well the live ETA held against the promised window: the share of orders whose ETA stayed inside the booked window until delivery. Measured in a Promise Audit.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Delivery tracking page software gives customers a live page for their order, with the driver's progress and ETA, and sends updates as the delivery moves. ScrollEngine adds a live driver map for your team and at-risk alerts before a window is missed.
ETAs are live: traffic-aware and recalculated from the driver's current position, so customers see an up-to-date arrival time as the driver moves. At-risk alerts fire on deadline rules you set, so your team always knows why an alert fired.
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and push, per order status. You choose the channels and the moments, such as out for delivery, at risk and delivered.
Driver scorecards and the live driver map are in the ScrollEngine web dashboard, which you open from the app (not inside Shopify admin).
