Our mission.
ScrollEngine helps retailers with stores promise local delivery and pickup at checkout, and keep that promise at the door.
Local commerce runs on promises: a 10 am pickup, a 4–6 pm slot, a same-day cutoff. We exist so that the store that makes a promise can keep it.
What ScrollEngine does today.
Today ScrollEngine runs store pickup and local delivery end to end, from the slot a shopper books at checkout to proof of delivery. Multi-carrier shipping and return pickups are in early access. (as of Sep 2026)
Why "ScrollEngine"?
Every local order carries a promise: a store, a date, a window. The Scroll is the live, time-stamped record of that promise and everything that happens to it: the slot, the preparation, the route, the ETA, the arrival, the proof and every message, one unbroken record per order. The Engine is the decision layer that makes the promise and keeps it. Some of its actions are rules you set, some are optimization and a few, in early access, are AI; we label every one. The Scroll remembers what was promised. The Engine keeps it.
