Does ScrollEngine work without Shopify?
Yes. ScrollEngine integrates with Shopify, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and other commerce platforms. The operations engine underneath works the same for every channel.
Does ScrollEngine use AI?
Where it helps, and always labelled. Routing is route optimization, ETAs are live and traffic-aware, and dispatch automation is rules-based and in early access. The AI operations assistant, Ask Engine, is in early access in the standalone dashboard: it answers from your live data within each user's permissions and never changes it, so nothing happens without your team.
Where do driver scorecards and the live driver map run?
In the ScrollEngine web dashboard, which merchants open from the app (not inside Shopify admin). Driver scorecards, daily attendance, an activity log and the live driver map are all live there.
How does ScrollEngine prove a delivery or a pickup?
Drivers capture a photo, a signature and notes at the door, and the proof is included in the delivery email and kept on the order's full delivery history. Pickup customers get a ready-for-pickup message by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push the moment staff mark the order ready.
Is ScrollEngine SOC 2 certified?
SOC 2 is on the security roadmap in our trust center, alongside single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. In place today: roles and permissions scoped by location and zone, and a full delivery history on every order.
How is ScrollEngine priced?
The Shopify app is billed through Shopify, with a free trial. Multi-location and enterprise networks request a quote or book a demo, and many start with a Promise Audit.
