Set up pickup locations and hours
To set up store pickup, open Locations, add each store's address, hours, time zone and pickup instructions, then check the store appears in the cart's Pickup tab.
Steps
Step 1: Open the store in Locations
In ScrollEngine, open Shipment locations (Locations in the web dashboard) and select the store that will offer pickup. Stores from your Shopify admin are already listed.
Step 2: Check the address and time zone
Confirm the store's address and time zone. The store finder uses the address to show shoppers the drive distance and time, and pickup slots follow the time zone.
Step 3: Turn on store pickup
Turn on store pickup for the location. A store offers pickup only when this is on and it has at least one pickup slot.
Step 4: Set pickup hours
Set the days and hours customers can collect orders. Pickup slots are built inside these hours.
Step 5: Add pickup instructions
Tell customers where to go and what to bring, for example: collect at the side door and show your order number. Customers see these with their pickup details.
Step 6: Choose how shoppers find a store
In Widgets, show your stores as a list, a map or a dropdown. The store finder shows each store's drive distance and time from the shopper.
Step 7: Check the Pickup tab in your cart
Open your storefront in a private window, choose pickup in the cart and check that the store, its slots and its instructions appear.

Troubleshooting
If it doesn't work.
Check the location is active for pickup and has at least one open slot. Then check its calendar for prep time, cutoffs or blackout dates that leave no bookable day.
ScrollEngine can warn or block when a store doesn't stock items in the cart. Check the product's availability for that store, or change the rule from block to warn.
The store finder measures from the store's address. Check the address on the location, including the ZIP code, and save it again.
Open the order in Shopify admin and change the date or slot in the ScrollEngine delivery details card.
