Set up store pickup end to end: which stores offer it and when, the pickup slots customers book, and the message that tells them their order is ready to collect.

Send ready-for-pickup notifications
To tell customers their order is ready, turn on the ready-for-pickup message in notification settings, mark the order ready when it's packed, then mark it picked up when collected.
Set up pickup locations and hours
To set up store pickup, open Locations, add each store's address, hours, time zone and pickup instructions, then check the store appears in the cart's Pickup tab.
Set up pickup time slots
To offer pickup slots, open the location's calendar on the Store Pickup tab, set slot length and hours, add capacity, then check the slots in the cart.
Pickup runs in three stages: the customer books a store and a time, your team prepares the order, and the customer hears when it's ready.
Pickup slots use the same capacity, cutoff and blackout settings as delivery. See Set slot capacity limits and Set cutoffs, prep time and blackout dates.
