Customize the tracking page
To customize tracking, open the tracking page settings, choose which sections customers see, add your branding, banners and wording, then preview it on a live order.
Steps
Step 1: Open the tracking page settings
In ScrollEngine, open the tracking page settings from Settings. In the web dashboard it's also listed as Tracking page.
Step 2: Set it up for each delivery method
Configure the page separately for local delivery and store pickup, since customers need different details for each.
Step 3: Choose what customers see
Turn on the sections you want: delivery status, a live map with the driver's location, the ETA, driver details, proof of delivery and a rating request.
Step 4: Add your branding and banners
Add your logo and brand colors, plus promotional banners and images that link back to your store, so the tracking page works as a return visit.
Step 5: Edit the wording
Replace any default text with your own words, for example the heading customers see while the driver is on the way.
Step 6: Preview on a live order
Open the tracking link for a test order on a route that has started, and check the map, ETA and sections look the way you want.

Troubleshooting

The driver's position shows once their route has started and the driver app is sharing location. Check that the route is live and that the driver has location turned on.
ETAs are live and traffic-aware, calculated from the driver's current position and recalculated when the route starts. If stops were reordered by hand, check the route's stop order.
Add the tracking link to your notification messages, and check the events that carry it are turned on. See Set up customer notifications.
