Install and connect your store
To connect your store, install the app from the Shopify App Store, approve its permissions, choose your plan, then check that your Shopify locations and new orders appear in ScrollEngine.
Steps
Step 1: Install from the Shopify App Store
Open the app's listing on the Shopify App Store and select Install. If you're asked, sign in to the store you want to connect. You need an account on that store that is allowed to install apps.
Step 2: Approve the permissions
Before anything installs, Shopify lists the store data the app can access. Review the list and approve it. When the install finishes, ScrollEngine opens inside your Shopify admin.
Step 3: Follow the guided onboarding
Onboarding walks you through adding the delivery and pickup widget to your theme and choosing your plan. If your own drivers will deliver, you also choose how many driver seats you need. Charges are billed through Shopify, and new installs start with a free trial.
Step 4: Check that your locations synced
Open Shipment locations (Locations in the web dashboard). Your Shopify locations are listed automatically. Check each address and time zone, and add any location that isn't in Shopify, such as a warehouse or kitchen.
Step 5: Check that new orders sync
Place a test order on your storefront, or wait for the next real one, then open All orders. New orders, edits and cancellations sync from Shopify automatically, so nobody re-enters them.
Step 6: Know where each tool lives
Setup happens inside Shopify admin. The live driver map, driver scorecards, vehicles and the delivery calendar run in the ScrollEngine web dashboard, which you open from the app.

Troubleshooting
If it doesn't work.
Check that the location is active in Shopify, then run a store sync from the app's settings. If it still doesn't appear, add it by hand in Shipment locations and contact us through the in-app chat so we can look at the sync.
New orders sync automatically from the moment you install. To bring in open orders from before, use the Shopify order sync on All orders, or import them from a CSV file.
Reload the app from the Apps list in your Shopify admin. If the error stays, use the in-app chat, or the contact form if the app won't open, and include your store's myshopify.com address and a screenshot of the error.
Driver scorecards and the live driver map are in the ScrollEngine web dashboard, which you open from the app. They aren't in the menu inside Shopify admin.
