Change or cancel your plan
To change your plan, open the app's billing settings, pick the new plan and approve the charge in Shopify; to cancel, uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
Steps
Step 1: See your current plan
In ScrollEngine, open Settings, then Billing, to see your plan and what it includes.
Step 2: Choose a new plan or change driver seats
Select a different plan, or change the number of driver seats if your plan is priced by seat. Check what the new plan includes before you confirm.
Step 3: Approve the charge in Shopify
Shopify asks you to approve the new charge. Your current plan stays in place until you approve it. Charges appear on your Shopify bill.
Step 4: Before you cancel, export what you need
Export the records you want to keep, such as orders, shipments, routes and driver reports, as CSV files from the app's reports. Exports can also be emailed to you.
Step 5: Cancel by uninstalling the app
In Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps, open the menu next to the app and select Uninstall. Uninstalling a paid app cancels its future recurring charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle.

Troubleshooting
If it doesn't work.
Allow pop-ups for your Shopify admin and try again. Only the store owner, or staff with permission to approve app charges, can approve it, so ask them if the button isn't available to you.
Uninstalling stops future recurring charges, but you might still be billed for the current billing cycle, as Shopify's own billing rules describe. If a charge still looks wrong, contact us with the invoice date and your store's myshopify.com address.
Your plan's limits are shown in the app's billing settings. If you need more than the largest plan offers, request a quote for your stores.
No. Uninstalling removes the app, not your Shopify orders. Export ScrollEngine's reports first if you want to keep records that live in the app, such as routes and driver reports.
